Learn exercises that will build a strong, integrated, resilient, and mobile body, with faster, more sustainable, results than a typical yoga practice. 
In this workshop we will explore how to use your own body’s weight to build extra-ordinary strength and usable range of motion, a healthy compliment to the mostly passive stretching of yoga asana.
